Responsibilities
- devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
- reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met
- setting standards for quality
- looking at ways increase efficiency
- defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
- setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
- making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
- preparing diagrams and technical documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Experience in quality assurance (in IT field is a plus)
- Certified information systems quality professional is a plus
