Responsibilities

  • devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
  • reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met
  • setting standards for quality
  • looking at ways increase efficiency
  • defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
  • setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
  • making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
  • preparing diagrams and technical documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Experience in quality assurance (in IT field is a plus)
  • Certified information systems quality professional is a plus
