If you have:

  • Ability to analyse business requirements and high-level functional designs, and translate them into technical requirements for development;
  • Experience with CRM solutions development;
  • Understanding of common software development patterns and how to work in an agile way (with iterative development);
  • Very good communication and organizational skills, as well as willingness to show initiative;
  • Experience with presenting ideas and solutions to different business stakeholders;
  • Great problem-solving and analytical skills, including identification of potential bottlenecks and taking preventive actions to solve problems before they occur
  • Good verbal and written English language skills;
  • As an advantage:
  1. SAP Marketing or other widely known CRM solution experience;
  2. Agile SCRUM certificates and experience.

 

We will entrust you:

  • Build extensive competence in area of CRM, loyalty and marketing related solutions, and be a team member of CRM & Marketing Solutions stream within Rimi IT Department;
  • Participate in activities of planning, business requirements identification, solution design, implementation and deployment of various CRM and marketing related solutions;
  • Translate business requirements to functional and technical requirements;
  • Oversee development and maintenance of various customer focused solutions and projects, focusing on development of new features;
  • Organize and carry out testing of new functionality and solutions;
  • Maintain and create documentation for different solutions (user manuals, technical documentation and other types of documentation);
  • Solve incidents and analyse their root causes, implement measures to reduce similar incidents in future.

 

Compensation:

Salary 1800.00 Eur - 2800.00 Eur per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.

Additional payments and bonuses according to company’s policy.
