Responsibilities

• Ownership of assigned applications (you will be responsible for business applications upgrade, maintenance and integration with 3rd party applications);
• Identify and address the organization’s needs regarding IT applications;
• Participate in IT solution development, implementation and improvement projects;
• Coordinate and support problem solving process for applications in scope of responsibility;
• Prepare and maintain documentation for implemented applications;
• Verify that supported applications meet internal quality standards and procedures;
• Successfully cooperate with contractors.

Requirements

• Higher education (or student) in IT related sphere;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT, preferably in an international environment;
• Ability to implement a solution (understand requirements, manage them, do the technical works);
• Knowledge and experience working with the following systems:

          -Good knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft operating systems;

          -Good knowledge of Linux systems;

          -Understanding of firewall concept;

          -Good knowledge and experience in IT security related systems;

          -Good knowledge of Elasticsearch would be an advantage;

          -Good knowledge of SIEM (any) would be an advantage;

• Ability to address business needs, suggest appropriate IT solutions;
• Ability to learn new technologies independently;
• Very good knowledge of English language and preferable one of the Baltic languages (EE/LT/LV);
• Good communication skills;
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills;
• Ability to travel occasionally.
