Rimi Baltic IT process organization is looking for an IT Process Lead, who is passionate about ITSM and ITOM Processes and who can help to bring our IT organization to the Next level of quality, performance and delivery in supporting business. IT Process Lead should be able to, both, think outside the box, as well as dive into data quality, find process and technical issues, and ensure processes and process-management systems work as expected. In cooperation with IT team and process organization colleagues, work systematically on improvements and learn together with IT organization, how to work in a smarter and more effective way.

If You have:

• Experience in ITSM and ITOM Process Management, you have analyzed, defined and led processes.
• Understanding of relations between tasks, processes, their effects and ability to spot issues and raise improvement suggestions.
• Experience with Process enforcement under challenging conditions, management and follow-up´.
• Ability to listen, gather feedback, and find problem root causes, propose potential solutions.
• Skills to find right balance between standard IT process execution approaches and company specific effectiveness, assessing value delivered versus costs.
• Well-structured approach to delivering results, good communication and relationship building skills.
• Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM is an advantage.
• Experience working with Jira environment, from both sides: configuration and process management.
• Understanding of Agile approach, SCRUM and Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Fluency in English, one of the Baltic languages, Russian is an advantage.

• Act as a role model, who gets people excited about working in a smart and transparent way.
• Analyze IT processes, their relations and maintain big picture.
• Document processes and ensure necessary documentation being up to date.
• Ensure effectiveness of processes by setting and following up metrics, performance indicators, perform necessary controls and raise proposals for improvements.
• Guide and coach employees, organize trainings; raise employees’ awareness about IT processes.
• Handle processes in multiple process-support environments, Jira and ServiceNow, also dive into the system setup, data quality supervision, technical relations and interfaces.
• Define and describe development requirements to the system development teams.
• Drive improvements implementation.
• Take role of Jira Product Owner.

Compensation:

Salary 1800-2300 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
