Summary

 

We are looking for a specialist who is ready for a challenge to oversee development and maintenance of Rimi Loyalty System, which is serving more than 2 million customers across the Baltic States. If you are confident that you are up for this challenge and you are committed for further growth, then this is a position for you.

Responsibilities

  • Build extensive competence in area of CRM and Loyalty related systems, and be a part of Loyalty Solutions team within Rimi IT Department;
  • Oversee development and maintenance of Rimi Loyalty System, including new feature development;
  • Collaborate with colleagues from all Baltic countries and communicate with external supporting companies and vendors;
  • Translate business requirements to functional and technical requirements;
  • Organize and carry out testing of new functionality and solutions;
  • Solve help-desk cases according to SLA and analyse their root causes, implement measures to reduce similar help-desk cases in future;
  • Offer suggestions for process improvements (for example – regarding maintenance and development processes);
  • Participate in planning, business requirements identification, solution design, implementation and deployment of various Loyalty System related projects.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL (particularly Microsoft SQL);
  • Experience of integrations between different systems, using batch imports/exports and API;
  • Ability to analyse business requirements and high-level functional designs, and translate them to detailed technical designs for development;
  • Knowledge of common software development patterns and application architectures;
  • Track record of knowledge and experience in agile software development methodologies;
  • Experience with Windows servers administration (configuration and troubleshooting);
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills and willingness to show initiative;
  • Great problem-solving and analytical skills, including identification of potential bottlenecks and taking preventive actions to solve problems before they occur;
  • Good verbal and written English language skills;
  • Readiness to travel mostly within Baltic countries;
  • As an advantage:

- Knowledge and experience with DevOps;

- Agile (SCRUM) certification;

- SQL related certification.
