Responsibilities

• Develop high-load NodeJS gaming applications being a part of the backend development team;
• Implement the reusable, testable and efficient application code based on requirements, observing the quality standards defined for the product;
• Work with Front-end team to implement the effective client-server communication;
• Work with QA team to identify the reasons for application defects and fix them.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development experience;
• 1+ years of NodeJS development experience;
• Strong knowledge of either ES6 or TypeScript;
• Competency in NodeJS ecosystem frameworks, tools, and best practices;
• Experience with NodeJS unit and integration testing tools (Mocha, Chai, Nightwatch);
• Knowledge of OOP development best practices and common design patterns.

Advantages:

• REST API development experience (Swagger, API versioning, oAuth);
• Experience with WebSockets;
• Experience with relational databases, SQL knowledge;
• Experience with NoSQL databases, especially key-value stores (Redis, Memcached);
• Game development experience.
