About the job

In the Business Analyst role you will be responsible for:

• Participate and/or lead the work of gathering requirements from business stakeholders
• Together with Agile Product Owner work on breaking down product backlogs into MVP´s and user stories
• Express Product Backlog in terms of Jira User stories with acceptance criteria and other required details
• Provide help and support to software engineers to ensure a common understanding of requirements
• Participate in team's scrum meetings and lead requirements refinement sessions
• Acceptance testing of developed functionality to determine if a solution has fulfilled the requirements

What you need to succeed

The ideal candidate has/is:

• At least 3 years of experience as Business/System Analyst, Product Owner or similar
• Relevant University degree
• Knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse
• Comfortable at and experienced in writing User Stories
• Understand product development life cycle
• Experience in Agile way of working
• Strong communications skills and fluent in English
• High level of analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to details
