IT Business Analyst for Risk & Compliance solution
About the job
A small team consisting of internal employees and external consultants develop and maintain Risk & Compliance Platform. We are basing our development on ServiceNow. Business Analyst will be responsible for detailing and anchoring the backlog items, quality assurance of delivered functionality and maximizing value of investment opportunities and the work of the cross functional team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participate in discovery work of investment opportunities by detailing and verifying backlog items and anchoring with relevant stakeholders
- Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team
- Participate in quality assurance of delivered functionality together with the cross functional team
- Agree launch activities with relevant stakeholders and support stakeholders regarding launch activities
- Continuously update documentation for the service
- Participate and follow relevant maintenance processes
- Strive for high level of automation of the tasks
- Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered code/functionality to improve over time
You will be part of a bigger BIO (Business Information Office) organisation within Group Risk function. Your main stakeholders will be Group Risk, Group Finance, Group Information Security, Group IT and Group Compliance.
What you need to succeed
You should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and skills:
- Academic degree in business administration, engineering, or similar or proven work experience
- Experience in business, process and functionality analysis, working in projects, performing business acceptance testing (documentation, testing, leading, managing and training stakeholders for testing), business maintenance
- Mastering methods and tools used in business analysis, ability to document clearly
- Understanding of non-functional requirements for the system, life-cycle, information security etc.
- Able to read architecture descriptions

Salary for this position ranges between 1750-2650 EUR gross i.e. before taxes*.
