Group Procurement is digitalizing its operations and services and we, the new VS for Procurement, are therefore developing new solutions as well as improving existing ones. To strengthen our new team, we are looking for a support-oriented and committed Business Analyst who can help defining and providing the required system support.

About the job

Group Procurement is in need of system support for processes related to e.g. IFRS16, supplier risk management, contract management. In the new VS for Procurement, different roles will cooperate to maintain current and new solutions whilst building additional support. All work will be done with active participation from specialists in Group Procurement, and as Business Analyst, you will work with them but also very closely with the Architect and the APO in the VS.

Some of your main tasks would be:

• Participate in describing the Business Domain Architecture;
• Do discovery work of investment opportunities;
• Collect input for and compile business cases;
• Detail back-log items, anchor them with stakeholders in Group Procurement but also other areas;
• Participate in quality assurance of delivered functionality;
• Help plan and estimate work in the team.

What you need to succeed

As a perfect candidate, you have a willingness to learn about processes, tools and applications for Group Procurement and are interested in helping them achieve their goals.

You have great communication skills, are able to ask relevant questions, perform analysis on business requirements and on assigned tasks. You can formulate the necessary conclusions, propose solutions and anchor them across the organization.

You need to be a strong team player, like to cooperate with others, and enjoy discussing solutions with stakeholders.

The role also requires:

• University degree in BA/ engineering/similar or proven work experience on the field;
• Good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Experience of working agile and Agile methodologies;
• Good understanding of  English language, spoken and written;
• A structured way of working and good documenting and presentation skills.
