IT Onsite Support Specialist

Our work group handles onsite support Incidents, gives consultations about hardware and insure that all users has workstation, which meets their requirements to do a great job!

About the job

Workplace Onsite Support team is a part of Workplace & Collaboration services tech stream in Group IT.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Provisions and maintains all end-user computing equipment, such as desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals in accordance with IT operations policy and procedures
  • Resolve Incidents and fulfil hardware onsite support requests to all internal end-users in Latvia (phone, walk-up, e-mail, self-service portal)
  • Work with hardware lifecycle and stock
  • Provide onsite support for Branch Offices
  • Create and maintain hardware Inventory document


 What you need to succeed

We would like to welcome a person, who is service oriented, a team player, used to using Latvian as the main working language, but fluently speaking English language. Full of energy and ideas, active, self-driven and ready to jump into world of hardware and equipment.

We would be extremely happy, if you would have experience in providing computer hardware supports both onsite and distanced. Work experience in a customer support is beneficial.

You are welcome from any position if you are ready to take a new challenge in:

  • Provide customer support with IT related issues
  • Contacts with users and suppliers
  • HQ and Branch Support in Latvia
  • Maintaining the database that contains the bank’s hardware

Salary offered for this position ranges from 950-1450 EUR gross i.e. before taxes.*

*In Swedbank salary offer for the final candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate. Salary is one part of the overall remuneration including variety of other benefits and many opportunities provided by Swedbank.
