About the job

IT Support is the core of Swedbank IT. As a support specialist, your main task is to help Swedbank employees and to solve technical and IT related problems arising in their daily work by telephone and desktop support. All cases are register in the Bank´s case management system to facilitate the handling of problem solution. You will be responsible for delivering support to Swedish speaking Swedbank employees.

About you

We are looking for an energetic team-player to join our team of 30 colleagues. You should have excellent customer service skills and an interest in IT.

Remuneration starting from 1300 EUR before tax after probation period.*
