A small team consisting of internal employees and external consultants develop and maintain what we call RCP, Risk & Compliance Platform. We are basing our development on ServiceNow. As a Software Engineer, your main responsibility will be to deliver secure, appropriate and reliable IT-services. We have adopted the Swedbank agile way of working (SWAP).

You will be part of a bigger BIO (Business Information Office) organization within Group Risk function. Your main stakeholders will be Group Risk, Group Finance, Group Information Security, Group IT and Group Compliance. Since we work with many parts of Swedbank this is an opportunity to grow your competence overall within Swedbank Group.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contribute in all areas: analyze, design, develop, test and maintain services delivered by the team
• Support the Agile Product Owner in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance and development tasks
• Collaborate with the Agile Product Owner, business analyst and other roles in the team and other parts of Swedbank to refine the product backlog to identify that the most valuable things are being worked on first
• Design and develop/construct solutions within the frames of defined architecture (SNAP)
• Solve and deploy solutions to incidents and problems
• Ensure quality awareness and care when designing, building and maintaining software

What you need to succeed

You should be knowledgeable in the following techniques and skills:

• General programming patterns (object orientation, data warehousing)
• ServiceNow configuration (certifications are a plus)
• Java script
• Information Modelling

• A relevant university degree

Salary for this position ranges between 2300-3400 EUR gross i.e. before taxes*.

*In Swedbank salary offer for the final candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate. Salary is one part of the overall remuneration including variety of other benefits and many opportunities provided by Swedbank.
