Responsibilities

• Research website traffic, conversion, usage patterns by groups of customers
• Integrate and harmonize data from various sources
• Provide reports and recommendations for correction of data
• Translate business needs into technical requirements specification
• Communication with business users and internal/external development teams
• Assist in troubleshooting software application issues

Requirements

• Demonstrated skills in data analysis & data quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of SQL and MS Excel
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Must be methodical, detail-oriented and well-organized
• Able to draw commercially relevant conclusions
• Fluent command of the English language
