Key responsibilities include:

· Provide 1st Line Support for all the IT Systems
· Log, categorize and prioritize all incidents and service requests
· First line investigation, diagnosis and resolution
· Manage the lifecycle of incidents and service requests
· Update users on the status of incidents and service requests
· Closing incidents and service requests

Desiriable skills:

· Strong communication skills
· Experience with IT Support or similar Service Desk environment
· Good English language skills
· Good knowledge of Microsoft products
· Knowledge in Active Directory and Group Policy
· Good understanding of ITIL
