Required Skills/Experience:

Strong portfolio of pertinent work (actual design and/or the implementation of the design by others);
Experience as a Team Lead;
Knowledge of the latest UI/UX prototyping tools, trends, and best practices;
Excellent Russian communication skills, both verbally and written;
Experience with multiple development frameworks and shared libraries;
Product-oriented thinking, preferably experience in working for a product company;
Positive, proactive and helpful attitude;
Expertise with graphics production tools (Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Sketch);
Strong listening, organization, and communication skills
Enthusiasm and appreciation for art and design.

Primary responsibilities include:

Collaborate with creative and technical teams to deliver first class user-centric experiences; 
Develop high-fidelity interactive prototypes for deployment on multiple device types; 
Interpret UI/UX design and research for translation into a deliverable code and graphics artifacts; 
Proactively explore new technologies through research and applied innovation; 
Confidently articulate (spoken and written) how a solution answers user needs, business goals, and technical constraints; 
Lead and mentor other colleagues to achieve defined goals and measurements of success.
