Responsibilities

• Conduct consulting and design workshops with our international customers (on-site) and their IT service providers worldwide
• Analyze the processes of the customer and built efficient process flows using the Transporeon modules, which cover all requirements of the customer
• Guide the customers through the whole design and implementation phase and be their trusted partner and technical support
• Designing integration scenarios for existing customers‘ systems and the Transporeon platform according to our product and system architecture
• Successfully manages large and complex projects by defining purpose of the project, developing milestone document, defining critical tasks and implementation steps, as well as coordination of project participants in terms of scope and schedule
• Provide progress updates on key projects to executive management

Qualifications

• University or technical college degree in business administration, business informatics, computer sciences, software development
• At least 2 - 4 year proven experience in managing IT and/or software projects preferably in agile environments
• Programming skills in Java are necessary, experience with XML transformation is useful
• Team player with strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience in transport logistics or supply chain management is a big plus
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills are a must
