Responsibilities

• Create a conversational marketing strategy for Typbot clients
• Define and coordinate project tasks to other team members ( IT & Marketing);
• Ensure chatbot solution quality and setup process; 
• Manage configuration and deployment of Typbot solutions; 
• Mobilize and manage team members to successfully onboard new clients;
• Manage and facilitate good relationships with existing clients.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience as digital marketing or social media project manager; 
• Track record of managing and delivering projects in time; 
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment; 
• Strong analytics & decision-making skills; 
• A university degree is desirable; 
• Experience in direct marketing (email or SMS) is a plus; 
• Experience in conversational marketing is a plus; 
• Fluent English and ability to work with international clients.
