We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our friendly team and fill the position of IS USER SUPPORT SPECIALIST within the IT Department.

Main duties:

• To consult IS users and solve problems
• To analyze user requests and suggest possible IS improvements
• To test new IS solution and bug fixes
• To describe small tasks for programmers

We expect:

• Higher/incomplete higher education in IT field
• General knowledge of relational databases (basic knowledge of SQL) and IS testing
• Strong knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English
• Interest and desire to develop in IT industry
