Summary
Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated IT professional to join our IT Help Desk team providing technical support for the Company.
Your Responsibilities:
- Look after our offices in Europe and set up necessary infrastructure for successful operations
- Improve stability of infrastructure resources and troubleshooting
- Improve system security and operational integrity
- Maintain processes of centralized management, automation and monitoring
- Implementation of new high quality solutions and integration projects
Requirements for candidates:
- Good knowledge of setting up, configuring and using Windows based environment (client and server)
- Working knowledge of help desk software, ticketing and issue tracking systems, and remote control software
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- A good knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English
- Microsoft Certificate (at least one)
- Knowledge and practical experience with VOIP system
