Summary

Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated IT professional to join our IT Help Desk team providing technical support for the Company.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Look after our offices in Europe and set up necessary infrastructure for successful operations
  • Improve stability of infrastructure resources and troubleshooting
  • Improve system security and operational integrity
  • Maintain processes of centralized management, automation and monitoring
  • Implementation of new high quality solutions and integration projects

Requirements for candidates:

  • Good knowledge of setting up, configuring and using Windows based environment (client and server)
  • Working knowledge of help desk software, ticketing and issue tracking systems, and remote control software
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • A good knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English
  • Microsoft Certificate (at least one)
  • Knowledge and practical experience with VOIP system
