Currently we are looking for colleague who will provide assistance and technical support to company’s employees.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first level support to solve technical issues on storage hardware and software products
• Manage all open tickets and ensure regular updates regarding case status
• Manage all open cases to the fastest resolution
• Generate email and network accounts for new users
• Instruct users in use of hardware and software
• Assist in equipment set-up and software installation and updates
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Computer software and hardware
• Ability to work in team with great time management skills
• Self-motivated, quick learner with good communication skills
• Good spoken and written English, good understanding of Russian and Latvian
• Level 1 Technical Support experience or IT background education is an advantage
• Active interest in IT field.
