Technical Support Specialist

Currently we are looking for colleague who will provide assistance and technical support to company’s employees.
- Provide first level support to solve technical issues on storage hardware and software products
- Manage all open tickets and ensure regular updates regarding case status
- Manage all open cases to the fastest resolution
- Generate email and network accounts for new users
- Instruct users in use of hardware and software
- Assist in equipment set-up and software installation and updates
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Basic knowledge of Computer software and hardware
- Ability to work in team with great time management skills
- Self-motivated, quick learner with good communication skills
- Good spoken and written English, good understanding of Russian and Latvian
- Level 1 Technical Support experience or IT background education is an advantage
- Active interest in IT field.
