Summary

Responsibilities

  • Consult and support our customers on technical issues (pre and post sales technical support)
  • Work closely with the Development teams
  • Ability to use software development tools as part of customer support activities
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs
  • Represent the product at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Support our customers and partners in closing deals and developing future opportunities
  • Convey customer requirements to Product Management

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of direct experience in pre-sales, post-sales technical support as a consultant, sales engineer, or similar role
  • Preferably 1 year of experience working with software security technologies and solutions
  • Prior software development experience, ideally in C++
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and technical aptitude
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant experience in the field
