Summary
Responsibilities
- Consult and support our customers on technical issues (pre and post sales technical support)
- Work closely with the Development teams
- Ability to use software development tools as part of customer support activities
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs
- Represent the product at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
- Support our customers and partners in closing deals and developing future opportunities
- Convey customer requirements to Product Management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of direct experience in pre-sales, post-sales technical support as a consultant, sales engineer, or similar role
- Preferably 1 year of experience working with software security technologies and solutions
- Prior software development experience, ideally in C++
- Excellent customer-facing skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant experience in the field
